BYOD 2017 was a dog-gone good day thanks to the beautiful weather, adorable pets, and generous business who donated their time, giving away hand-outs at the event. In total, over $1,100 was raised and donated to the Michigan Humane Society and over 200 participants and their pups reached the Franklin Village Green to show their support.

BYOD 2018 improved on the groundwork that the previous event had laid. Our leash-free area grew in size, more sponsors came to the event, and we donated over $1,400. Unfortunately, we had to take down the park early due to thunder and lightning storms. We are so excited to continue growing the park's success in monetary donations and dog tail-wags!

BYOD 2019 was our biggest and most successful yet! We raised over $2500, splitting our profits between Detroit Dog Rescue and Detroit Animal Care and Control. We sold merchandise, brought in food trucks, and held our first-ever dog adoption. We cannot wait for what 2020 has in store and know that BYOD will only get better!
